Healthier Together

Pierce & St. Croix Counties is a community coalition working to create and maintain healthy communities and provide a strategic framework for local health improvement activities. Healthier Together initiatives have focused on bringing people together from across the county to identify and address a variety of health priorities.

Over 200 partners from over 60 organizations support Healthier Together. We encourage you to get involved, because together we can transform our community into a place where healthy choices are easier!

Hunger Prevention Council

Hunger Prevention Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing hunger and inadequate nutrition in Pierce County through service, education, communication and coordination.

St. Croix Valley Immunization Coalition

The mission of the St. Croix Valley Immunization Coalition is to increase the immunization rate of all people within St. Croix and Pierce Counties.

Founded in 1996, The St. Croix Valley Immunization Coalition meets quarterly to share immunization information in order to facilitate and collaborate with all health care providers to promote and increase immunization levels of all people in our counties. Our coalition is comprised of private and public health care providers, schools, day care specialists, referral resource specialists, pharmaceutical representatives and the state immunization advisor. W3TFL is a Multi-Jurisdiction Coalition (MJC) that includes six counties in Western Wisconsin; Barron, Burnett, Pierce, Polk, Rusk and St. Croix. With the help of our coalition partners and members, we are encouraging people in our communities to live tobacco-free.
