Pierce County Sheriff’s Department Mission Statement

We, the members of the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department believe that our fundamental duty is to serve and protect the citizens of Pierce County with fairness, compassion and respect. We strive for excellence in the quality of our law enforcement, stressing professionalism, integrity and honesty. We will uphold the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the US Constitution by identifying and investigating in a fair and impartial manner. We shall treat each other and the public with dignity and respect while basing our decisions on what is best for the public and what is best for our agency.
